About Yocker

Yocker is an independent, free tool for saving public videos and photos from social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitch and Rumble. You paste a link, and you get the file. There is no account, no app and nothing to install.

How it works

When you paste a link, our server opens that public post the same way a logged-out visitor would, finds the video or photo the platform serves, and hands it to your browser. The file travels from the platform to you; we don't keep a copy, and we don't keep a list of what anyone downloads. Very large files are passed to you directly from the platform.

What we will never do

• Ask for your social media username, password or verification code.
• Offer private content, stories from private accounts, or anything that needs a login.
• Add a watermark, re-compress your file, or make you install an app.
• Pretend something works when it doesn't. Where a platform can't be supported, we say so.

Our guides

The guides explain, step by step, how to save videos and photos on each platform and device, and they are honest about what can't be done. Apps change their menus often, so every guide shows the date it was last updated. If you spot something out of date, please tell us and we'll fix it.

Creators and copyright

Yocker is meant for your own content, content you have permission to keep, and personal offline viewing. We don't host or index anyone's work. Rights holders can ask us to block their links or accounts on the copyright page, and our plain-language guide explains what is and isn't fair to do with a downloaded file.
